Brilliant service from Fusion Electrical team. Everyone I dealt with was really polite, helpful and quick to respond. Dean who came to remove a socket for me was friendly, efficient and tidy, and went above and beyond, even helping me with a separate issue with an electric shower too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Firstly, James who came to quote for the work I needed was very honest and explained everything about the work required in great detail. Secondly, Jan at Fusion Electrical is so accommodating and helpful when arranging time slots for the electricians. Thirdly, the electricians Rich, Jake and Lewis, did a very professional job at my property which I was delighted with. They are all so pleasant and friendly to deal with and they work to a high standard indeed. I would certainly highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Another excellent job just completed by Fusion.Installation of a new consumer unit and a car charger point fitted.From start to finish the whole team were great to work with from Jan in the office to the electricians who did the install.James, the owner came out to price the job for us and the quote arrived the same day....perfect service. We also didn't have to wait long for the installation which was important for us.The guys turned up at on time and were a pleasure to have here, polite, tidy and worked to the time frame given.Really happy with the job they did and cannot fault the service we have received. Highly recommended Fusion.

What a service Fusion provide. Having been stung by a rogue electrician in the past it’s such a relief to find a reputable, quality and professional local business.From start to finish the communication, quote and workmanship has been exemplary. Peter our electrician on the day is a credit to your business, who was very respectful of us having to work from home and got the job done cleanly and to a very high standard. This was followed the day after with our electrical certificate, totally unheard of with other electricians I have used, very impressed!Thanks again Fusion, I won’t be going anywhere else now if I need electrical work done to my property.

Really impressed with the service of Fusion Electrical (NW) Ltd from contacting me based on the ad from checkatrade, the electrician coming to give the quote and the works completed.The electricians Frankie and Campbell were very polite, engaging and professional. They kept us informed on the job status and stayed beyond the end of their working day to make sure we were happy that the motion sensor time delay was correct and even waited for me to buy a bulb for them to install.Absolutely would recommend Fusion Electrical and will use them again.

Work was completed about a month ago, I've been so busy but I really wanted to share this review.I am so pleased with the work completed by Fusion. They visited for a quote and a few weeks later, we booked in the work once we had moved in.We had plug sockets fixed and moved. Work was tidy, exactly what we wanted and great cost.All communication was promptly replied to by Jan and I have already recommended Fusion and would definitely use them again.

I can’t compliment the guys at Fusion enough. Their goal is to be professional, approachable and trustworthy, and they very much tick all 3 boxes. They visited my property and quoted me for connecting my garden pub to my house mains. Compared to a couple of other electricians I had come round, they clearly knew what they were doing and quickly proposed the best way to achieve the outcome I was after. We then agreed a date for this 2-day job and they turned up on time and completed the work to schedule. The guys were very pleasant to deal with and, probably most importantly, I have 100% peace of mind that the work has been done to the required standard.Not only would I highly recommend Fusion, but I plan to use them again once I’ve constructed two further out buildings.

Fusion Electrical are the best tradesmen find I've made in years and I won't use anyone else for my electrical needs. I've used them twice in recent weeks, once for planned work and once for an emergency electrical fault. Both times they sent incredibly professional and polite electricians over to do the jobs and in the case of the emergency work they were here within hours (early, I might add) to sort it out. Their pricing is also very reasonable in comparison to the pricing I received for the work from similarly sized companies in the area. I would recommend them, and have.

Fusion did an incredibly professional job for me. We had lots of small jobs after moving into a new house including replacing light fittings, adding new power points in the bedrooms and relocating the phone line. The two guys came and did the work in a very professional manner and showed lots of knowledge when I needed to make decisions. It was great to see them at the end doing a long safety check and they did a great cleaning up job after them too. Will definitely use again.

When first contacting Fusion Electrical , a gentlemen called Tom came out and prepared a comprehensive quote which was very competitive and detailed. He also provided web links to quality Electrical fittings .On the day of installation 2 gentlemen turned up promptly , called Chris and Dean , they were very polite ,after going through the details of what was discussed with Tom ,they got about doing a very professional job and the workmanship was excellent . We are very pleased with the work from Fusion and would not hesitate to have further work done when required ..All members of the team have the highest customer service .Thank you Fusion

I had Fushion complete some electric work done in the kitchen (that I was having a nightmare with) and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Amazing dropped ceiling LED with Phillips Hue spots to create a mood scene. Complete with hidden sockets for the TV and surround sound system. Fantastic work as always, they also upgrade my all electric underfloor heating and hot water system to a Heatmiser WiFi controlled system, plus lots more. Will be bringing these guys back for every phase of a complete 2 bed apartment refit and upgrade!

We have used Fusion for several electrical jobs now over the last 12 months, ranging from small light / socket fittings to much more involved electrical planning works. Every time, and without fail, they have been punctual, polite, professional and in budget. All the electricians are friendly, despite quite a large team where you might expect an ‘off day’, and the back office are helpful and efficient. I can highly recommend them.

Great service!! Had sudden loss of power and problems with fuse box tripping. Tom at Fusion was incredibly helpful. Hi everyone, Just had my front door lights and rear brick lights fixed and installed by Fusion Electrical. The team (Lewis/Chris) worked really hard in awful weather to get the job done and we are delighted with the results. After they had left we realised we needed a slight adjustment to the setup and they were back within 10 minutes to help. Great job guys.

Rick @ Fusion came round to do a couple of jobs including a light fitting and noticed the wiring to a second unused fitting left by a previous tenant was still live, a bigger job than expected. He also sorted out a couple of sockets and went off to get what we needed which I was really impressed with. I’m heavily pregnant and he adhered to social distancing measures and was wearing a mask. Fusion came round to help resolve a problem with my dishwasher cutting out. They found an issue with the earth connection in the fused switch on the wall pretty quickly. They replaced the switch as well as fixing the wiring. The electrician seemed really knowledgeable and was very polite. Would highly recommend them.

We recently used James and the Fusion team for the electrical needs of an extension build which included a new kitchen / living space being created. James impressed us when he came to initially look at the job which, at the time, was very much a building site and we were struggling to see the space let alone lighting and sockets! It was very evident from this first meeting that James was very knowledgeable and, as we’d never done anything like this before, her offered us advice and guidance which was greatly appreciated.The work Fusion were contracted to complete included the initial cabling install in preparation of the final fix of everything requiring power/cables and - once the plastering was complete and the kitchen was installed - wiring up kitchen appliances, inside & outside sockets, outside lights, pendant lights, spotlights, power to the boiler / Hive install and tv sockets.Our home has high ceilings, awkward corners and grubby crawl spaces full of dust - not once did the guys complain and nor were they phased by what the work involved. In fact, they did this with smiles on their faces, were polite, respectful of our home and incredibly hardworking.It’s also worth mentioning that we also thought we had bought pendant lights - well, that’s what the light looked like hanging in the shop display and on the Internet images! How embarrassing to find we’d basically bought lampshades and not the light fitting! This meant that, on installation, we had none of the required cabling to fit the pendant but this was no problem to the Fusion guys; James kindly sorted what we needed and we now have the most beautifully fitted pendant lights over our kitchen island. At every step throughout our build, we really felt that these guys were going above and beyond to ensure our new space was simply perfect.So, thank you James and the rest of the Fusion guys! Without hesitation, if we have any future electrical needs, we know who we’ll be calling and you will always come highly recommended by us.
